We're building a list of LGBTQ-friendly professionals & other local services, to support our LGBTQ+ community in Northeast Arkansas.
If you'd like to participate, or recommend someone you know for our list, fill out the application below!
We're looking for beauty, body art, hair removal, mental health professionals,
and open to adding more professions or service types!

"Individuals" applies to any licensed professional, unlicensed individual offering an unregulated service, other small business owner (e.g. retail), or any individual submitting this application for themselves.
Introduction
By submitting this application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in Full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not submit an application.
Updates to Your Listing
You may contact us at neaelectrolysis@gmail.com at any time to modify or remove your listing. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response. Please keep in mind that we may not modify or remove any previously published social media posts that contain your information.
We send out an annual form to request updated information (location, services, etc) in February of each year. This is to help us keep NEA LGBTQ+ Friendly Services List from becoming outdated. If you fail to submit the form by March 1st, your listing will be removed. However, you may re-apply at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the listing. You agree to update us if any information changes.
Individual Listing Only
Listings are for individuals only, not entire businesses. Your submission represents you personally and does not imply that all employees at your workplace are LGBTQ+ friendly.
Consent to Publish
You grant permission for NEA Electrolysis to publish the information you provide on www.neaelectrolysis.com and to share it on social media for the purpose of connecting customers with LGBTQ+ friendly individuals.
No Compensation
Participation in this list is free. NEA Electrolysis will never request payment or compensation for listing.
Voluntary Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may request to have your listing updated or removed at any time by contacting us. Please allow up to two weeks for a response. Please keep in mind that we may not modify or remove any previously published social media posts that contain your information.
Professional Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your conduct, services, and interactions with clients. NEA Electrolysis does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any listed individual.
Right to Refuse or Remove Listings
NEA Electrolysis reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion, including if information is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent with the intent of this resource.
Respectful Representation
By submitting, you affirm that you strive to provide respectful, inclusive, and affirming services to LGBTQ+ customers.
No Endorsement or Guarantee
NEA Electrolysis provides this listing as a public resource. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any individual’s qualifications, services, or conduct. Users rely on this information at their own discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from participation in this listing shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Arkansas courts.
Limitation of Liability
NEA Electrolysis is not responsible for any interactions, services, outcomes, or damages resulting from connections made through this listing. All dealings are solely between the individual (the applicant) and the customer. NEA Electrolysis will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in NEA LGBTQ+ Friendly Services List.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEA Electrolysis from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your listing, services, or submitted information.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
NEA Electrolysis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
